Management Collective: Essentials is an 8-week leadership experience designed for early-career media professionals ready to step into that next level.

Led by Lucy Allen from The Graceful Collective, the program focuses on the real skills managers actually need. Think clearer communication, stronger relationships, confident feedback, and learning how to delegate in a way that motivates teams and builds accountability.

Across four interactive virtual sessions, participants will explore the shift from doer to leader, learn how to work effectively with different personalities, and develop practical tools to lead with clarity and confidence.

This is not theory-heavy training. It is a highly practical, cohort-based experience where participants learn alongside industry peers, exchange real challenges, and build leadership habits that stick.
