This session helps NGENers understand how conflict actually works, recognise their default response under pressure, and build the skills to handle disagreement calmly, clearly, and constructively even with those “difficult” people.

The focus isn’t on avoiding conflict or “winning” arguments. It’s about learning how to stay grounded, speak up effectively, and move conversations forward without damaging relationships or credibility.
