Feedback ain’t easy, whether you’re giving it or receiving it, there is something a little awkward about whole the process. If done – and taken – in a negative tone, it can feel a lot like judging or being judged, and that never leaves us feeling positive.
However, if done well, giving AND receiving feedback is essential to good performance in the workplace, whether you’re a coordinator, the receptionist, the CEO, or working at the Macca’s drive-in, feedback is necessary. Feedback is a gift, and being able to master this skill is something every good leader/manager needs to learn.
In this session you will hear from two speakers that will share their experiences on how they give/receive feedback – what works for them and what doesn’t. If you are a leader or transitioning into a leading role, you don’t want to miss this.
